Night Boat to Tangier

Two aging Irish gangsters, Maurice and Charlie, wait at a Spanish port in Algeciras, hoping to find Maurice’s estranged daughter, who might be passing through on a ferry from Tangier. Through their conversations and memories, the novel reveals the dark, turbulent lives they led as drug smugglers and the toll it has taken on their relationships and sense of purpose.
